Refund policy

At Jessica Blair Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs, hair extensions, bonnets, brushes, combs, or opened beauty products.

• How to Request a Return: Email us at info@jessicablairbeauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

• Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
